Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders, including CBT-E (Enhanced), developed at the University of Oxford, UK. A transdiagnostic approach that addresses the mechanisms maintaining the eating disorder.

MANTRA Model

Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults, developed at the Maudsley Hospital, UK. A cognitive-interpersonal treatment specifically designed for adult Anorexia Nervosa.

This group provides support, skills and understanding for those caring for someone with an eating disorder, helping carers manage their own well-being while supporting recovery.
